7. Risk and Responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Once the order has been delivered or accepted at the delivery address provided, the customer becomes responsible for the goods, including correct handling and storage.

8. Inspection on Delivery

Customers must inspect all goods at the time of delivery or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter. Any shortage, damage, incorrect goods, or other issue must be reported to us promptly following delivery.

9. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, lack of access, or the absence of a person authorised to accept the order, we reserve the right to make an additional delivery charge, delay the order, or cancel the delivery.

Where products are chilled, frozen, or otherwise perishable, the customer must ensure that such goods are stored correctly immediately upon delivery. We accept no liability for deterioration, spoilage, or damage resulting from improper storage after delivery has taken place.
